Micro Mitti launches Indore IT park

Micro Mitti launched Cybercity by Micro Mitti, a ₹300 crore IT park on the Super Corridor in Indore. The project is an ecosystem for Global Capability Centres, financial institutions, consulting firms, and startups. Enterprises are moving to cities such as Indore for cost efficiencies and infrastructure. The development covers 6.28 lakh sq ft.of built-up area and is owned by Micro Mitti. The park contains 77 office units and 13 retail spaces. Office sizes range from 2,500 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq ft.

The company received 70 letters of intent from occupiers, which could generate 5000 jobs. Rental rates are projected between ₹150 and ₹200 per sq. ft. Facilities include food courts, cafés, halls, and fitness zones. Parking includes a three-level basement and a 1 lakh sq. ft. facility supported by the Indore Development Authority.

Micro Mitti will seek green building certification for the site. The project is approved under the Madhya Pradesh IT Policy 2025, providing incentives such as stamp duty reimbursements, subsidies, and power rebates. Manoj Dhanotiya, founder and chief executive officer of Micro Mitti, said that the launch represented a moment for the economic future of Indore.

Project scale

Dhanotiya said that global companies were looking beyond metro cities and that the investment reflected a belief that Indore could evolve into a destination for growth. Construction is in progress with completion targeted for 2029. Operations are scheduled to begin in April 2029. The corridor has a projected appreciation potential of 20 to 30 per cent. This project is part of a plan to build commercial assets in tier 2 cities and tier 3 cities.

The 6.28 lakh sq. ft. project aligns with environmental, social, and governance expectations of multinational tenants. The Madhya Pradesh IT Policy 2025 enables access to rental and interest subsidies for occupiers. The Super Corridor location provides connectivity to institutional developments. Micro Mitti reinforces its co-investment-led model through this project. The presence of global capability centres drives the demand for high-value office space in the region.

The project features flexible configurations to allow mid-sized companies to scale. The Indore Development Authority supports the infrastructure through parking facilities. Employment-linked benefits are available under the current state policy. The ₹300 crore investment aims to create a high-performance environment for technology-driven growth.

Future expansion

Manoj Dhanotiya said that the firm was building more than office infrastructure. He said that the project was a high-performance ecosystem designed for AI-led enterprises and future-ready businesses. The project addresses the structural shift of companies expanding beyond metro areas. The long-term commitment to institutional-grade asset creation is evident in the project ownership. The 77 premium office units cater to diverse enterprise needs.

The 13 curated retail spaces provide amenities for the workforce. The project timeline ensures that the IT park meets the rising enterprise demand by 2029. The appreciation potential of the corridor is driven by infrastructure expansion and policy support. Micro Mitti continues its vision to establish commercial hubs across emerging Indian cities. The facility provides seminar halls and conference facilities for occupiers. The three-level basement parking system ensures access for large-scale tenants.
